Sunday Muses — Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we're unable to accept the request.

Defective, damaged, or wrong items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email us at officialsupport@sundaymuses.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we confirm it, you choose a free replacement or a full refund — and we cover the return shipping.

Changed your mind or wrong size (ready-to-ship designs)

For items from our ready-to-ship catalog, you may return them within 30 days even if there's nothing wrong with them, as long as they are unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. For these returns, you cover the return shipping, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Custom / personalized designs

Items you create or customize with our design tool are made to order just for you, so they can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or sizing. Of course, if a custom item arrives defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly on our end, it's fully covered under the “Defective, damaged, or wrong items” section above.

A note on color (please read)

Our designs are printed on demand. Because screens and monitors display color differently, the final printed colors may vary slightly from what you saw online. Minor color variation of this kind is normal and is not considered a defect, so on its own it doesn't qualify for a return or exchange.

How to start a return

  1. Email officialsupport@sundaymuses.com with your order number and, for defects, clear photos.
  2. We'll review and reply with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or ship your replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. After we receive and inspect your return, please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
